Working Line German Shepherd Puppies-Stud Czech, KNPV PH1, West & East (DDR) German
We selected our working line German Shepherds based on proven genetically determined qualities namely, health, high levels of intelligence, courage, instincts, temperament, strong drives and build or confirmation. Their temperaments are described as having a pronounced level of mental strength that gives them mental stability, they are alert, confident yet approachable, courageous but not hostile or uncontrollable, not timid or nervous. Their appearance is a straight body that is balanced, strong and robust, well muscled with good bone structure. We take pride in being able to offer such a great example of the Working Line German Shepherd.
Their natural instincts, strong working drives and curiosity make our working line German Shepherds easy to train, eager to learn, ready to work, and explore. They have extensive training in Obedience, Tracking, Protection/Defense and Apprehension. If ever their on/off protection switch is activated, once the threat has been removed and their protection switch is turned off they quickly return to being calm and composed at work or as a family member.
The pedigrees of our working line German Shepherds contain Search & Rescue, Border Patrol, Family Companions, Protectors, Working Farm dogs, Sport, Military, Medical and Police service dogs. Their bloodlines are of Czech, Dutch and West and East German (DDR) working lines. For these reasons we expect their offspring to be able to fill a variety of needs.

Jaika's (Yike-uh) ZVV-1 title represents extensive tracking, obedience, defense and apprehension training on and off leash. Her ZZO title is an obedience title. She is very intelligent, eager and willing to work, all of which make her easy to train and ready to follow commands. Due to her natural instincts, strength of mind and temperament, she is confident yet approachable, alert and protective of her human family. This makes her people feel safe, comfortable and secure when with her, at or away from home.
Jaika comes from a long line of real working dogs dating back to 1900 as revealed above. Many of the dogs in Jaika's pedigree formed the original foundation of the Working Line German Shepherd breeding program for the German Democratic Republic (DDR) military and state police. The DDR dogs in turn provided the foundation for the Czech-Slovak Border Patrol and SNB/ZNB or National Police of Czechoslovakia and their breeding program. Jaika's lineage produces dogs that are robust, highly intelligent, courageous and resilient with clear stable minds, balanced temperaments and great instincts. KNPV is the acronym for "Koninklijke Nederlandse Politiehond Vereniging" translated to English as "Royal Dutch Police Dog Association.
Joeri's pedigree is built on older and newer Dutch and West/East (DDR) German working lines. Joeri's ancestry dates back to many of the highly regarded working line German Shepherds of the early 1900's. Overtime, newer dogs with the same genetically determined skills and instincts as the older were added to the lineage of Joeri. Doing this helped to preserve the characteristics and natural instincts the older working lines are known for. The success of this is evident in Joeri and his performance during the KNPV exams.
The KNPV trials gave Joeri the opportunity to demonstrate his high level of intelligence, courage, perseverance, drives and discipline. He also has a great nose and drive for scent work. The challenges he faced during the trials brought to the fore Joeri's impressive strength of mind and problem solving skills.
Several of the tests as part of the KNPV trials require a high level of cognitive ability as in, the skill or ability to learn. It's a matter of Joeri knowing what's expected of him in a given situation and then meeting and fulfilling those expectations, even without commands from his handler.
Physically, Joeri has a nice strong athletic appearance with excellent bone structure and well muscled. He is a powerhouse, strong, fast and agile with great reflexes.
KNPV-PH 1 Certified German Shepherds like Joeri are often purchased by the Dutch National Police, Defense and other Government and Security Agencies. They are also highly recognized and regarded internationally and utilized worldwide. They can also make great family companions-protectors.
