Working Line German Shepherd Puppies-Stud Czech, KNPV PH1, West & East (DDR) German
We selected our working line German Shepherds based on proven genetically determined qualities. This includes their ability to mentally process things or their overall thinking abilities and problem solving skills in combination with a pronounced level of mental strength. We also like to see a balanced level of curiosity and independence which are essential qualities for learning. Additional key factors are health, intelligence, courage, drives, temperament and confirmation or build. We breed for temperaments that are described as alert, confident yet approachable, courageous but not hostile or uncontrollable, not timid or nervous. Physical attributes will be straight bodies that are balanced and agile, strong and robust, well muscled with good bone structure. We take pride in being able to offer such a great example of the Working Line German Shepherd.
Their natural instincts, strong working drives and curiosity make our working line German Shepherds easy to train, eager to learn, ready to work, and explore. They have extensive training in Obedience, Tracking, Protection/Defense and Apprehension. If ever their on/off protection switch is activated, once the threat has been removed and their protection switch is turned off they quickly return to being calm and composed at work or as a family member.
The pedigrees of our working line German Shepherds contain Search & Rescue, Border Patrol, Family Companions, Protectors, Working Farm dogs, Sport, Military, Medical and Police service dogs. Their bloodlines consist of Czech, Dutch, German (West and East German - DDR) working lines, which are traceable back to the original German Shepherd bloodlines from the 1890's to the present.
German Shepherd History: In Germany during the 1890's the original standards for the German Shepherd were being established in order to create a highly intelligent and versatile working farm dog for herding and protecting livestock and families. Their outstanding level of intelligence, courage, instincts, versatility, adaptability, and working drives were immediately recognized and their use and purpose quickly expanded. These dogs provide the Genetic Basis for what we identify today as working line German Shepherds. Our Working Line German Shepherds ancestry can be traced back to these original bloodlines.
